February Favourites ♥

For once I actually feel like February has been a long month, considering it's the shortest month in the year that doesn't make perfect sense but hey ho. I have been loving a few things this month but here are a round up of my absolute favourites.

Emporio Armani Diamonds Rose Perfume - £24.99

I love the musky, rose/fruity fragrance this perfume has. I am terrible at describing perfumes but I have been loving this one. It is very soft and it lasts all day on me. I think the pretty bottle fits in nicely to my little perfume collection too!

Barry M Nail polish Limited Edition 'Silver Lights' - £3.99

I love the Iridescent sparkles in this polish, it is so pretty and it really stands out on my nails. It needs about 3/4 coats to achieve a full glitter application, which I don't mind, although, it is annoying if it smudges and I have to start over again! *sigh*

Topshop Lipstick 'Depth' - £8

I have a blog post coming up about this beautiful lipstick with swatches, so keep a look out for that! I am so happy I have managed to find the perfect dark purple lipstick. It is so pretty and it looks great with very little makeup on my eyes!

Real Techniques Expert Face Brush - £8.99

I have a full review on this brush here. This is my first face brush from the Real Techniques collection. I am so impressed! It gives my skin a flawless soft look after I have blended and buffed in my foundation, none of the bristles fall out and the hairs are super soft and gentle on my skin. I don't tend to enjoy using brushes to apply my foundation but this brush makes it effortless.

QVS Eyeliner Brush - £1.99

I've been needing a new gel eyeliner brush for a while! So of course I had a look on good ol' eBay and I found the perfect one! The bristles are so thin which makes gel eyeliner application so easy. I can achieve a thin straight line first time. So if you are looking for a new eyeliner brush then definitely check out this eBay seller!

Hello Kitty iPad Case - £9.59

I wanted my iPad to look a bit more girly and pretty so I had to get this iPad case! It's very thick so it protects my entire iPad. I love the colours and the stand it has. It is a brilliant price too!

My Little Pony Pyjama Joggers - £6? Primark

I've been lounging about in these joggers all month, they are so comfy and cute! I am loving the amount of lounge wear Primark has at the moment! It is definitely worth a look!

How cute and cosy does my cat Magick look? She's an every month, all year, every year favourite of mine! and of course my German Shepherd Ruby too!

Weekly Catchup ♥

Hello! I have been so busy the past week, I had a job interview at my work to become a team leader (fingers crossed), I've been working, I went away for the day with James, I changed round some furniture in my room, I completely tidied it..(I have neglected it the past week) and I have tried my best to type up some more blog posts! There will be plenty coming up soon as I have something very exciting happening (well I'm excited anyway)! I wanted to post this on Sunday as a 'Sunday Catchup' post but that didn't work out as planned so here is a little catch up with what I have been up to recently! I hope you enjoy my random phone/ipad pictures :) xo

-I got cosy on my couch and had some pizza while I caught up with some YouTube videos and Blogs

-Mango & Pineapple McCafe smoothie.. Y U M 

-Lazy day watching YouTube (AmyValentine shown in the picture)

-I moved a few furniture pieces around my room (puffy denim jacket from Sheinside)

-I painted my nails using a couple of my gel polishes, they lasted over a week without any chipping!

-Strawberries and melted chocolate YUM

-I went to Jimmy Chungs restaurant which is an all you can eat Chinese buffet, it was amazing!

August Favourites 2013 ♥

Hello! I am full of the cold/flu at the moment which has kindly jumped on me as I am just about to go for my weeks holiday from work next week, typical! The month of August has been brilliant for me, I had my 18th birthday (post here) and I passed my driving test first time:)! 

Now we are getting into my favourite time of the year, when its cold and frosty outside and warm and cosy inside and most of all the A/W fashion trends are honestly the best fashion season in my opinion, I am so excited, especially after seeing a sneak preview of Primark's new clothing range.. woo!

I have been loving a lot of things this month but I have managed to narrow it down to these 7 things.

The Big Bang Theory Season 1-5 box set - 29.99 Amazon

This was my favourite present James gave me for my birthday. I love The Big Bang Theory, it's so funny and it always makes me happy when I watch it. I know series 1-6 is out now but at the time it wasn't when he bought it for me, so if you want that one then I think Amazon has it but it is quite pricey.

Macadamia healing Oil Treatment 125ml Beauty Expert - £29.95* (review here)

I was sent this product but I am definitely going to buy the full size version, I can really feel and see a difference in the condition of my hair after using this oil throughout August. I apply it to my hair when it is damp before I blow dry it.

Marc Jacobs Dot Perfume 50ml - £47.00 Boots

I am going to write a full review on this perfume as it is thee nicest perfume I've used! It smells heavenly, floral and sweet. If you haven't tried it already then you need to get down to Boots, Superdrug or Debenhams and try it out!

Essie nail polish 'Avenue Maintain' - £1.99 Fragrance Direct

This has been my favourite nail colour this summer, it is a lovely sea blue shade which lasts a whole week for me. It's got a lovely shine which compliments the colour perfectly.

iPad4 32GB - £479.00 Apple (free engraving)

This was my main present from my mum and dad for my 18th birthday, I have wanted an ipad for so long and this one is perfect, I can do absolutely everything on it. It is the newest one Apple has to offer with the lightening charger port and retina display, I am glad I got the 32GB version because it gives me plenty space for films and all the apps I could ever need! (My friend bought me the polka dot case, I don't know where it was from but there are loads on eBay)

Nivea Harmony Time Shower Cream - £1.00 Semichem

I love this shower cream, it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised and it smells amazing, it has a soft and floral scent. What I like the most about it is how long the smell lasts on my skin, its lovely! I think it was a total bargain at £1 too!

Sanex Zero% deodrant - £1.00 Semichem

This might seem like a strange favourite but I have tried so SO many deodrants recently and none make me feel comfortable throughout the day, I don't sweat very much which I am glad about but I like to feel 'safe' haha. This deodrant has been perfect throughout this hot month, it lasts all day/night and it smells lovely!
