Dr Lewinns Renunail Hand And Nail Cream Review ♥

Hello (:
I am currently typing up this blog post in my fresh clean bed whilst watching the first season of Supernatural again, I just finished tidying my room so my head feels clear again, yay! I hate having a messy room :|. Anyway, I have been trying out this hand cream for just over two weeks now, I was so pleased to receive it as it has been really chilly here in Scotland the past few months (although last week was so warm!) so that means my hands have went rough and dry.
I have been keeping this hand cream beside my bed for using at night time and in my handbag for when I go to work. I love the formula, it's a thick cream which sinks into my skin within minutes of application, brilliant for using my phone or iPad straight after. I hate the greasy marks most hand creams leave behind on everything I touch for about half an hour after application, just me who notices this? It has a typical hand cream smell which isn't over bearing at all, it's actually very pleasant. I had a few dry patches on the skin between my thumb and first finger, however, since using this cream they have disappeared which I am really pleased about! I have also noticed my nails have become really shiny when I haven't worn any nail polish. I am guessing because this product is directed at hands & nails it could have something to do with the sudden healthiness of my nails, I usually have loads of ridges and dots all over my nails but since using this cream on my hands and cuticles I haven't! Brilliant. Overall, I am really pleased with this hand cream.
Have you tried anything from Dr Lewinns before?

The Perfect Pair ♥

&

Hello, I hope you are having a good week! I mentioned this gorgeous Revlon nail polish in a monthly favourites a while ago (view it here) and I am still in love with it. It has the perfect mix of purple and black sparkly flakes, suitable for any occasion in my opinion. I need about 3/4 coats to get a full opaque colour but it dries fairly quick so this isn't a problem. It lasts ages on its own but paired with this Orly top coat it lasts even longer, with an added super high shine finish. When I combine these two polishes on my nails I feel as if I have a thick layer of uv gel polish on and I know I can forget about painting my nails for at least a week before I get my first chip, perfect for those busy weeks where there just isn't any time to paint my nails *sigh*. I hope you liked this post, I am really impressed with Orly's nail polishes, they never seem to disappoint, definitely worth spending that little bit extra! xo
